HELLO! I am Anastasia.
​
​I am a life coach, mentor, teacher and a life-learner; person who loves to give support to others from the heart. My roots are in cold and beautiful Siberia, and I am a citizen of the world, blessed to work with people from all over the globe. During the last 16 years my base has been The Netherlands.
​
I arrived at my deep calling of being a life coach and mentor as a result of my personal journey of reinventing myself. After completing my PhD degree and working for several years in higher education, I often found myself asking: ‘WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT WITH MY LIFE?’ Coming out of the other side of these challenges has allowed me to see that I only needed to have a close look at my DREAMS and my SELF to recognize my biggest talents.
In the past few years, I have been teaching others, giving them positive energy and empowering them. My biggest talent is my ability to meaningfully connect to people by listening, making sharp observations and connecting points.

I feel a deep calling to share what I have learned during the last 10 years and to guide others towards creating THEIR happy reality. In my coaching sessions I use a synthesis of mind-heart connection, personal leadership methods and scientific techniques. I help others to discover their unique color of self and to make active steps towards an inspiring and creative life.
